Welcome to Kakushi
Kakushi is a private execution layer for institutions building on stablecoin rails. You run a zone on a public chain like Base, where you see every transaction inside it, your customer sees their own account, and the public sees nothing.
It is not a new chain, not a token, and not a new wallet for your customers. You run the zone on the chain you already use, you keep the customer relationship, and the privacy is the default state of the system. Kakushi deploys and hosts the zone for you, set up in one click from the dashboard, or you can self-host it.
Kakushi is being built with a small group of design partners validating it against real institutional flows: tokenized deposits, cross-border settlement, private payroll, and treasury.
These docs take you from your first private transfer to running a zone in production and reading the protocol spec. Pick a starting point below, or use the contents to jump anywhere.
Run the full deposit, transfer, and withdrawal loop in about ten minutes.
Understand zones, the operator trust model, custody, proofs, and the privacy model.
Onboard customers, accept deposits, run private payroll, settle between zones, and reconcile.
Every method on the client, with conventions, signatures, and examples.
Deploy a zone in one click and configure it on the dashboard, or self-host the node.
Host contracts, deposits and withdrawals, the state transition function, and proving.
